Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Prime Daybook and the optional Prime Cloud service provided by BRL Digital Studio.
1. Prime Daybook
Prime Daybook is an offline-first notes, calendar, and daybook application. Core local features may be used without an account. Optional online features may require a Google account, internet access, and an eligible Prime Cloud entitlement.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the notes and other content you create. You grant Prime Daybook only the limited rights necessary to store, process, synchronize, back up, and restore content when you choose to use Prime Cloud.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful use of the application, for maintaining access to your Google account where required, and for maintaining appropriate local backups when relying only on local storage. You must not use Prime Daybook to abuse the service, interfere with its operation, or violate applicable law.
4. Prime Cloud
Prime Cloud is an optional cloud synchronization service. The initial Prime Cloud Lifetime entitlement supports up to 1,000 active synchronized cloud notes. Local note creation is not limited by this cloud quota. Product features, technical limits, and availability may evolve as the service is improved.
5. Purchases
Android purchases are processed by Google Play. Prices, taxes, payment methods, refunds, and purchase eligibility are handled under applicable Google Play terms. A valid verified entitlement may be required for Prime Cloud access.
6. Optional integrations
Prime Daybook may offer optional integrations with third-party assistants or apps. These integrations act only after you connect and authorize them, and their availability depends on the third-party provider, your account plan, supported devices or surfaces, and applicable permissions. Content you explicitly ask an integration to save becomes part of your Prime Cloud data.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Prime Daybook and Prime Cloud reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, device conditions, or other technical events may temporarily affect online functionality. Local features are designed to continue working independently where possible.
8. Account suspension or termination
Access to online services may be restricted when necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. You may request deletion of your Prime Daybook cloud account at any time using the Account Deletion instructions.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Prime Daybook is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You should keep appropriate copies of important information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the application evolves. The current version will remain available at this URL with the revision date shown above.
