Delete your Prime Daybook account
You can request deletion of your Prime Daybook cloud account and the data associated with it.
Request account deletion
Send the request from the same email address used to sign in to Prime Daybook. Use the subject Prime Daybook Account Deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion is completed.
What is deleted
After the request is verified, deletion covers Prime Daybook server-side data associated with your account, including:
- Prime Daybook account profile information;
- registered device and session records;
- Prime Cloud notes, tags, reminders, note relationships, revision/version records, and synchronization metadata;
- Prime Daybook entitlement records and stored cryptographic purchase-token hashes.
What is not automatically deleted
- Notes or other app data that remain locally on your Android devices. Remove these locally by deleting them, clearing Prime Daybook app data, or uninstalling the application.
- Google account data controlled by Google.
- Google Play transaction records that Google retains under its own policies or legal obligations.
Processing
Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. If information must be retained to satisfy a legal obligation, security requirement, or dispute, only the necessary information will be retained for the required period.
